Green Juice!

I have become obsessed with green juice lately. Let me explain why? I was operated about three years ago. A huge fibrose with seven babies was extrated from my uterous. It was cancer free. But shortly after my surgery, my body started to changed drastically. I was missing my period, having hot flashes, headaches, innsomnia and so on. I went to the doctor and discussed my symptoms and the doctor said, "Maybe you are just going to body changes". I did not accept that, and decided to go to another doctor. I got several test done and everything came out normal. But my situation was not changing. So I decided to digged into the situation and I found many women like me that had experienced the same precidure and had to face the same problem. I got depressed with the situation and found infront of me a thin line between who  I was and who am I to become? I then contacted a famous naturalist in Boston MA, but I had to sumit myself to this organization for a week, learn about everything they teach and buy the products. The entire treatment is very expensive. But i have heard marvelous testimonies about this place. Unable to go I then decided to search and Google all the information I could. I went and bought all the vitamin I read it was good and opted to changed my eating habit. The green juice was one of the options and I decided to just jump into it;  my mind was ready to check in into a seniors home. That is how depressed I felt. Within a week after taking the juice my body went back to normal. Right after I was feeling great about it, I read an article and how drinking green juice is not the best for you. I will tell you, all the information  we can found out there is so confusing, after getting scared for a bit, I read and read and read about the benefits and it is definetly good to drink it daily. And 9 out of 10 said is the greatest thing you can do for you. My testimony is that I have not gotten a headache anylonger, or innsomnia, the flashes when down to three, then to two, then to zero. My energy level went up like crazy. I exercise much more comfortable and a lot more then i have exercise for a while now. I have lost weight, sleep much better and my skin and hair looks really good.
I am attaching information I found and the juice in this article is the sameone I make daily with the exception that I incorporate vegetables like carrotts, beets, sprouds, and green beans.

But the main ingredients I used are:
A cup of Kale
A Cucumber
A green Apple
Celery
Honey
Also eveyday I incorporate a different vegetable.
You must drink it fresh to preserve the enzymes.

Let me explained what happened to my body.
The body reacts like this when it stops producing Nitrogen. Nitrogen its found in the uterous and it helps the woman body to do all those natural reproducion process. To help the body produce nitrogen we must drink several glasses of Soy Milk daily. The symptoms metioned previously are cause due to the lack of nitrogen, the body over reacts as is missing this component and it does it until it gets used to it. If your body is in a position of adulthood for the menapause, it will naturally go to the process, but if your body is in condition to revolk this situation, you can make it happen. Usually women  whom receives radiation, quimo, or a surgery in the uterous like I had will go to this process earlier, this practices will destroy all the components the body needs to produce nitrogen and it will accelarate the proccess of menapause.

I hope with this information to help anyone with the same situation.

Hello, hello!
I get a lot of inquiries about my daily green juice, so I decided to write a post with my favorite recipe as well as answer some of the frequently asked questions I receive about juicing.

First things first! The recipe below is for the green juice I make almost every morning. It’s super easy, doesn’t require a ton of crazy ingredients (just 5!), and tastes so incredibly fresh and delicious. I love it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most common questions I receive about juicing and my replies. Please let me know if you have any additional ones!
What kind of juicer do you have?
I have a BELLA NutriPro Juicer, and I love, love, love it! I rave about it to pretty much anyone who will listen. Here’s my review!
Do you ever make juice in a blender?
I’ve tried, but it doesn’t turn out well. I’ve even tried a Vitamix, and it was still super chunky.
How much has your weekly grocery bill increased now that you are juicing?
It’s increased about $20-25 per week, but I buy enough fresh produce to make juice for both Mal and me, usually 4-5 days per week, so 8-10 juices, which is definitely cheaper than buying fresh juice!
What do you do with the pulp?
I just throw it away, but I know some people use it in baked goods, smoothies, and composting.
Do you ever replace your meals with juice?
No, I always drink juice in addition to a meal or as a snack. For me, it’s all about the nutrients! However, I did a 3-day juice cleanse back in April when I only drank juice. It was an interesting few days, and I really loved the juices, but it didn’t do anything for me, health-wise.
What do you buy organic verses non-organic for juicing?
I buy a mix of organic and conventional produce for my juice. I basically just keep an eye out for sales, especially on the Dirty Dozen, and buy accordingly. For example, if organic apples and celery are on sale, I’ll splurge there and save on conventional carrots. The following week, organic cucumbers might be on sale, so I’ll pick those up and save on conventional bagged spinach. I just try to balance it the best I can.
How long does the juice keep in the refrigerator?
Freshly pressed juices should be consumed right away so you can get all of the health benefits of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients, and all that good stuff, so I drink my juice within 10-20 minutes of making it.
